Whether the requirements are pre-engineering/construction system layouts, estimates, construction schedules; project construction; or project management, Mechanical & Process Systems, L.L.C. is equipped and staffed to meet the needs of its clients efficiently and professionally.

During the pre-bid and bid stage of a construction project, every attempt is made to bring forward design issues early to ensure the intent of engineer, client/Owner. Design and construction issues are resolved quickly to minimize schedule impact. We have the capability to manage the mechanical construction as the prime contractor or on a sub-contract basis. Mechanical & Process Systems, L.L.C. is staffed or can be staffed to manage projects of any level of complexity with applications in clean-room, institutional, industrial, manufacturing plants, commercial, central plant, healthcare, and office building facilities. Should additional staffing become necessary, MPS has access to qualified individuals which can be included on the MPS team

Service

Currently MPS’ service department consists of refrigeration and HVAC technicians.
Our team is experienced in spotting potential problems and recommending solutions throughout your facility. MPS' preventive maintenance programs are designed to ensure that your equipment is operating reliably with maximum efficiency.

Prime Contractor Construction Management
